RIPCO Retained to Lease Community Facility Space at Flatbush MXU

RIPCO Real Estate has been retained to oversee leasing at 329 Clarkson, the community facility component of Clarkson Estates, a newly constructed, mixed-use development in Flatbush, Brooklyn as part of New York State’s Vital Brooklyn Initiative. VPs Michelle Abramov and Greg Batista and associate Daniel Yeu will handle the leasing of the space.

Developed by CAMBA Housing Ventures with Genuine Property Services as the property manager, Clarkson Estates represents a $238-million public-private investment delivering 328 sustainable, permanently affordable, and supportive homes for youth aging out of foster care, low-income and formerly unhoused youth and families, and formerly incarcerated individuals.

The 334,745-square-foot Clarkson Estates also features over 30,000 square feet of community-focused space, of which 15,861 square feet is community facility space. It is being offered to tenants whose mission aligns with Clarkson Estates’ focus on care, service, and support for the community.
