RIPCO’ has been hired to sell 7101 River Rd., a luxury multifamily property in North Bergen, NJ

RIPCO Markets Sale of North Bergen Luxury Multifamily

RIPCO Real Estate has been selected to handle the sale of 7101 River Rd., a newly built luxury multifamily property in North Bergen, NJ, by seller Apple View LLC. The asking price is $43 million. RIPCO’s Stephen R. Preuss Sr., Kevin Louie and Michael Fasano have the listing. 

Spanning 119,000 square feet, 7101 River Rd. contains 59 units. The property is conveniently located between the George Washington Bridge and Lincoln Tunnel. It is minutes from Route 9, Route 3, I-95 and I-80. 

“7101 River Rd. is an opportunity for a buyer to attain a stabilized income producing asset with an assumable loan with almost 10 years remaining at an initial rate of 3.75%,” said Preuss. “We are confident that this property will serve the community by offering new residents with a newly built living space near breathtaking scenery including incredible views, hiking trails and public parks.”
