RIPCO Markets Sale of Freeport Mixed-Use Collection
RIPCO Real Estate has unveiled the listing of The Nautical Mile Collection in Freeport, New York. Priced at approximately $6.8 million, the collection encompasses six properties along Woodcleft Avenue, including waterfront establishments and retail spaces.
Managed by Gro-Grove Realty Group, the combined square footage totals 20,512, occupying a vast 65,400-square-foot lot, the assemblage also has 430 feet of waterfront frontage. Spearheading the transaction are RIPCO brokers Stephen R. Preuss Sr., Kevin Schmitz, and Andrew LeoGrande.
