Ripco Lists Newly Constructed Retail in Springfield Gardens

Ripco Real Estate is handling the sale of 130-20 Farmers Blvd. in Queens’ Springfield Gardens neighborhood. The asking price for the fully leased, 27,730-square-foot retail property at the corner of Merrick Boulevard and Farmers Boulevard is $13,750,000.

The Ripco team of Stephen R. Preuss, Kevin Schmitz, Kevin Louie and Andreas Efthymiou has the listing. The two-story property includes 47 parking spaces, with a 4,700-square-foot space leased to CityMD through September 2035 on the ground floor. The second floor is leased to Blink Fitness through January 2035.

130-20 Farmers Blvd. is a high-quality, newly constructed building that offers investors an attractive 1031 exchange opportunity,’ said Preuss. “The combination of exposure, on-site parking and the lack of newly constructed retail space in the neighborhood makes this location highly desirable for both tenants and investors.”
