RIPCO Hires Adrian Mercado as SVP of Strategy, Operations
RIPCO Real Estate appoints Adrian Mercado as senior VP of Strategy and Operations. Reporting to President Mark Kaplan, Mercado will lead operational excellence, supporting the firm’s expansion across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.
With 20 years of experience, Mercado has previously worked as COO of B6 Real Estate Advisors and head of Capital Markets Research at Cushman & Wakefield for New York City after the acquisition of Massey Knakal Realty Services.
