RIPCO Handles Sale of NoMad Investment Property 

RIPCO Real Estate has been selected to handle the the sale of investment sales property 47 East 30th Street in downtown, Manhattan, by seller 47-30 Realty Associates LLC. The asking price is $6.5 million. RIPCO’s Stephen R. Preuss Sr., and Andreas Efthymiou have the listing.  

Spanning 5,320 square feet, 47 East 30th Street is a four story, mixed-use property in the heart of NoMad. The building has a total of five residential units and one ground floor commercial unit. The units range from studio to two-bedroom apartments. The ground floor is occupied by Murray Hill Pet Hospital. 

“47 East 30th Street’s offers prospective buyers with a fully leased asset that has been recently renovated,” said Preuss. “The property provides a long-term commercial tenant as well as a 6.5% capitalization rate.”
