Ripco Expands into CT with New Office

Ripco Real Estate has expanded into Connecticut, signing a lease at 2 Greenwich Office Park in Greenwich, CT. Led by Jeffrey Nable and Lisa Daniel, the new location marks the retail brokerage’s fifth office in the tri-state region.

“The Greenwich location allows us to fortify our presence in the region, especially in Fairfield and Westchester counties where we have been most active for decades and have a successful track record of working closely with top retailers and owners,” said co-founder Todd Cooper.

“Having a physical presence in Connecticut has been a longstanding goal for the firm,” he added. “This location, coupled with the breadth of our team’s experience here, particularly Jeff and Lisa’s, will allow us to build on the momentum we’ve already established.”

Even before opening the Greenwich office, Ripco has represented national and regional retailers including Best Buy, Target and Stew Leonard’s in the Fairfield-Westchester region.
