RIPCO Backfills Bronx Daycare/Preschool Space with Another Operator
RIPCO arranged a 5,000-square-foot lease by Arcadia Children’s Daycare & Pre-School at 2169 Grand Concourse in the Bronx. The firm’s Michelle Abramov and Greg Batista handled the deal.
The space will be used as a daycare and preschool for children ranging ages 2 through 5. This space was previously occupied by another daycare user. For this deal, the goal was to secure a credible local school operator to continue providing the community with the same services.
“2169 Grand Concourse represents a growing demand for second generation and turnkey education spaces,” said Abramov. “The population in New York City, especially in the Bronx is growing, creating a demand for school spaces to meet the needs of the community. When filling this space, it was important for us to find a credible local operator that would keep the same use and operate a long-term daycare and pre-school.”
