RIPCO Arranges Sale of Flushing Investment Property

RIPCO Real Estate recently handled the sale of investment sales property 134-19 Northern Blvd. in Flushing, Queens for $7.3 million. Acquired from 134-21 Northern Boulevard Corp., the property is  located midblock between Collins Place and Prince Street.

The RIPCO team of Stephen R. Preuss Sr. and Kevin Louie handled the sale of the 15,260-quare-foot property to 134-19 Northern Blvd LLC. The buyer plans to use the asset for its own business and will potentially redevelop it in the future.

“The long-term ownership has previously marketed the site without actionable results,” said Preuss. “Within 60 days of hiring RIPCO Investment Sales, we had the site under hard contract on an ‘as-is’ basis with a local owner-user who plans to completely renovate the property for his business needs.”
