Ripco Adds Queens Investment Sales Champion Stephen Preuss

Ripco Real Estate has added Stephen R. Preuss, known as the highest producing investment sales broker in Queens. Simultaneously, Ripco has secured a long-term lease in Kew Gardens, Queens, which will be the headquarters for Preuss and the team he plans to build. Ripco will also add retail leasing professionals to the new office. 

“Stephen is one of the most talented investment sales brokers in New York City and it’s an honor for him and his team to join Ripco,” stated Mark Kaplan, COO of Ripco. “His transaction volume is off the charts and we know this is just the beginning.” 

Preuss, whose territory expertise includes Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and the New York metropolitan area generally, will focus on investment sales throughout the region. With nearly two decades of experience and numerous accolades and recognitions throughout his career, he has produced more than $5 billon of investment and commercial real estate transactions.
