RightQuest Moves on Bella Vista, Phase II
RightQuest LLC broke ground on the second phase of Bella Vista Apartments in Brownsville, TX. The project marks the Addison, TX-based developer’s fifth Class A apartment project in the Rio Grande Valley.
Bella Vista Phase II will offer 144 units, with a laguna-style pool, limited-access control system, detached garages and a large and small-breed dog park. Bella Vista’s first phase, on which construction began in 2013, leased well, according to RightQuest’s Ryan Harden, who told Connect Media that the Rio Grande market has been strong.
Bella Vista is a multi-phased development situated on 28 acres. The project fronts Ruben M. Torres Sr. Blvd. near SH 48, just southwest of the recently-expanded SH 511. Future phases will include commercial pad sites. RightQuest is developing the project on behalf of JJR Group Ltd. of Brownsville.
