Right-of-Way Expert Dalton Vann Joins CBRE

CBRE hired Dalton Vann as director and leader of the firm’s Right of Way/Eminent Domain specialty practice in Texas. Based in Fort Worth, Vann will be responsible for developing, leading and coordinating a team of right-of-way appraisal specialists in the region. He will report to Micah Beck, CBRE’s senior managing director, South Central Region, Valuation & Advisory Services.

Prior to joining CBRE, Vann was a senior vice president at JLL, where he managed portfolios of valuation assignments for right-of-way projects. He also worked with Integra Realty Resources DFW as a director focused on market and statistical analysis for a variety of property types. Vann brings more than a decade of right-of-way experience to his new job.

Vann received his master’s degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He served in the U.S. Navy, where he was deployed twice, to Sicily and Iraq.
