Rieber Developments Launches 10-Story MXU in Aventura
Rieber Developments broke ground on 12|12 Aventura, a 10-story mixed-use project in Aventura. The development is planned to include 25,000 square feet of office condos, 160 senior residences, a 30,000-square-foot gourmet marketplace and food hall, as well as a parking garage.
The site at 21290 Biscayne Blvd. is near the Aventura Mall, Aventura Hospital & Medical Center and a new Virgin Trains USA passenger rail station. Rieber completed the four-deal land assembly last year for a combined $12.67 million.
Cervera Real Estate is handling the condo sales, with 13 of the 31 office condo units already reserved. 12|12 Aventura is slated to deliver in 2022.
The site joins two other projects Rieber is building next door in what is being called the Aventura Health District. Those projects include the Ivory 214 medical and professional office building, and a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel.
