Rieber Plans Aventura Medical MXU Project
Aventura-based Rieber Developments unveiled plans for 12|12 Aventura, a new mixed-use project with planned medical offices, luxury senior living and retail.
Located at 21290 Biscayne Blvd., the project will include a 12-story complex with 30,000 square feet of retail space, 30,000 square feet of office space and a 150-unit luxury senior living component as well as a parking garage. The development is part of the new Aventura Medical District, which also includes the under-construction Ivory 214, a medical and professional office building with a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel. The project is slated for completion in 2021.
