Ridgemont Properties Proposes Office Development

San Antonio developer Ridgemont Properties unveiled plans for 200 Austin Highway, a 30,502-square-foot, four-story office building near Broadway, in Alamo Heights, TX. If the development is approved, it will go north on a one-acre plot that currently contains a former Bank of America drive-through facility.

Ridgemont’s C. Trebes Sasser Jr. recently told the Alamo Heights City Council that the development will fill a need of new office space for small, local business owners. He indicated that the office component would be “programmed for the neighborhood entrepreneur” of Alamo Heights, a city located northeast of San Antonio.

Studio8 Architects is designing the building. Project Control would be the general contractor.
