The Bend to break ground in Nashville

Ridgeline, Deep Cove Starting Work on Nashville Apartments, Hotel

Ridgeline Development Partners and Deep Cove Partners are breaking ground this month on The Bend at Capitol District, a two-building development near Nashville’s state capital. The name The Bend reflects the nearby bend of the highway and river, grounding it in the area’s history and geography.

The development will include an eight-story Moxy hotel and a ten-story residential building. The residential building will include The Delle at The Bend, 128 fully furnished apartments by Marriott Bonvoy, and The Residences at The Bend, 133 for-rent apartments. The project also includes 17,000 square feet of retail space within a paseo that connects the two buildings.

The development is planned at 450 James Robertson Parkway, next to downtown’s TownePlace Suites by Marriott, which the partnership developed and opened in 2020.

S9 Architecture was the Design Architect, and Smith Gee was the Executive Architect. USA Skanska will serve as the general contractor.
