Ride Right Signs for Space at Austin’s 817 W. Howard

Transportation company Ride Right struck a deal for 24,000 square feet of space at 817 W. Howard Lane in Austin. Newmark Knight Frank’s Jacob Hernandez and Corey Chase led the team representing Ride Right, providing services including lease negotiations, site selection and financial analysis. Public records show Omega Media Properties LP as the owner.

The tenant’s new space is in the 220-acre Tech Ridge Business Park on Austin’s far northeast side. “Ride Right was in need of an additional, well-located space to support the company’s overall long-term business plan,” Hernandez said. “817 W. Howard Lane used to be an airport hangar, so the clear span warehouse space and abundance of parking was a perfect fit for our client.”

Ride Right, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, is a transportation firm offering services including paratransit, non-emergency, fixed route, shuttle, special needs transportation and mobility management. The firm will take occupancy of the new space in late May 2018.
