New, hipper roller rink to open in Dallas

Ride On—Not Your Mom’s Roller Rink, to Open in Dallas

It will likely be one of the best places to beat the heat in July. On Brand Hospitality is putting a new spin on the stodgy and dated roller rink. Dallas Innovates reports that On Brand is introducing Ride On, a new skating concept coming to the corner of Riverfront and Pittsburg in Dallas. Ride On will span more than 17,000 square feet of space and is geared toward revolutionizing the roller skating experience,

It will be an adults-only roller-skating rink offering an elevated social experience with a chef-driven menu, arcade area, DJ booth, and more.

Called a “social drink rink,” visitors will be able to enjoy craft cocktails and mocktails with their friends, while skating on custom-made “Ride On” skates. Beyond the rink, the company said there will be high-class amenities for individuals to enjoy, including an arcade, lounge, restaurant, and bar.

The rink itself will cover 7,000 square feet of space, featuring a disco ball DJ booth in the center and state-of-the-art sound systems. Look for the grand opening in this fall.
