Aria Development Group, a prominent real estate investment and development firm, has appointed Rick Lapidos as managing director and head of asset management.  

In this role, Lapidos will be responsible for optimizing the financial performance of properties across multiple states and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to Aria, Lapidos held several asset management leadership positions with Taconic Partners, Carmel Partners and The Dermot Company.
