Richmond MF Housing Lands $34M
KeyBank Real Estate Capital has arranged a $34.1 million Fannie Mae non-recourse, first mortgage loan for the acquisition of Courthouse Green, a 266-unit garden-style apartment community in Chesterfield, Virginia, a suburb of Richmond.
The property, which includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, spans 21 acres across 34 buildings. The loan is structured as a 10-year fixed-rate Fannie Mae loan with full-term interest-only. The acquisition was made by Jones Street Investment Partners, a private equity real estate firm based in Boston, with a focus on multifamily assets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
Chris Black and Sam Morrison of KeyBank Real Estate Capital arranged the financing.
