Richmond Development Site Trades for $4M

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has arranged the $3.8 million sale of a five-acre development site in Richmond.

Temple Beth El sold the land to Chicago-based developer CA Ventures which plans to build a seniors housing development at the site. The development will feature independent living, assisted living and memory care units. The site is located at 601 N. Parham Road, approximately 10 miles west of downtown Richmond.

David Smith of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented CA Ventures in the transaction. Temple Beth El was formed in 1931 and is located in downtown Richmond.
