Richman Opens New Multifamily in Duarte

The Richman Group recently celebrated the ribbon cutting of The Huntington, the newest multifamily complex in Duarte, CA. Nestled beneath the San Gabriel Mountains, The Huntington features studio, one- and two- bedroom apartments, ranging from 640 to 1,300 square feet.

Duarte Mayor Margaret Finlay who attended the opening, said in a news release, “Duarte is excited to have The Huntington as our newest residential development. It was our pleasure to work with The Richman Group to make this dream a reality.”

The property is situated at 1413 Huntington Drive, in the heart of Duarte’s downtown district, and just off historic Route 66. The Huntington features an elevated resort-style pool along with an outdoor bocce court and pet park. Residents will also have easy access to nearby amenities, outdoor opportunities and regional attractions.
