Richland Building Modestly Priced Nashville Condos
Richland Building Partners plans to sell Chestnut Hill condos starting in the high $200,000s. The Nashville Business Journal reports the company is planning a mixed-use development with 120 condos and ground-level retail space. The project is slated to rise on a 0.57-acre site at 1020 Third Ave S., Richland, and the company paid $8 million for the property earlier this year.
Richland’s Chestnut Hill project is slated to rise seven stories, with a brick façade. Pfeffer Torode Architecture is designing the development.
Richland Building Partners has developed several high-end condo projects and single-family homes in the West End area, East Nashville and Green Hills, among other neighborhoods.
Earlier this year, Richland paid $14 million for eight parcels in Wedgewood-Houston, a short drive from its Chestnut Hill site, where it is planning another luxury condo and retail development.
