Richardson Okays Five-Story Rental Community

The town of Richardson gave Majestic Enterprise’s principle, Sammy Jibrin, a special permit to allow the developer to continue planning for a five-story multifamily community.  Community Impact reports that Jibrin says it will likely take eight months before he can start moving dirt. He added that the complex is expected to start taking renters in late 2025 or early 2026.

The apartment complex will have 215 units, including 182 one-bedroom apartments and 33 two-bedroom apartments. As part of the special permit, the complex will include a four-level parking garage with 254 parking spaces. Extras at the complex include a pool courtyard, a barbecue grill area, a fire pit and an amenity center.

City officials are hoping the tenants use Dallas Area Rapid Transit for travel, with the proposed development located 0.25 miles south of the Spring Valley DART Station.
