Rexford’s Richard Ziman: “There’s Chaos Out There”

Connect Media caught up with Rexford Industrial’s Chairman Richard Ziman at the USC Gould Real Estate Business Law Forum 2016 last week.

Connect Media’s Daniel Ceniceros and Ziman discussed what compelled Ziman to leave law for the CRE industry, as well as the factors behind Rexford’s success. The conversation then shifted to focus on his outlook on the year ahead.

While Ziman noted that these are, “not difficult times, they are challenging times,” he also pointed out the chaos and volatility surrounding the Presidential campaign, China’s economy, the market, and what it all means for real estate.
