Richard Mireles Joins JLL’s Capital Markets Team
Richard Mireles joined JLL’s Capital Markets group as vice president for the multifamily team, led by managing director Scott LaMontagne. In his new role, Mireles will focus on acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the Austin metro, as well as providing capital insights and advice to clients.
Mireles comes to JLL following a six-year stint at Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office. Prior to entering the commercial real estate sector, he held analyst and advisory positions at tech companies including National Instruments, Dell and Applied Materials. Mireles earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Edwards University in Austin.
“Richard provides tremendous skillset and acumen to our Capital Markets team that will be an immediate benefit to our clients across the region,” said LaMontagne. “He understands the assets, the clients and the drivers that continue to make Austin one of the hottest markets in the U.S. We’re excited to have him join the team.”
