Richard Lyons Joins McCarter & English as Partner 

McCarter & English announced Richard G. Lyons as a partner in its Real Estate and Cannabis Practices, based in New York City and Newark, N.J. Lyons brings experience in real estate transactions, commercial agreements, and corporate governance, particularly in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors.  

His cannabis expertise includes business counseling and compliance. He previously served as outside general counsel for various clients, including start-ups, and advised on a wide range of transactional matters. In the healthcare and life sciences sectors, Lyons supports a range of clients, including those in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and clinical trials, addressing their real estate and commercial contracting requirements.
