Ric Russell Joins Kidder Mathews in San Francisco

Ric Russell has joined Kidder Mathews in San Francisco as EVP and shareholder. He brings more than 35 years of experience specializing in the sale of multifamily properties and residential development projects throughout Northern California.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Russell spent nearly 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco and Oakland, where he served as executive managing director. In tandem with his career as a broker, he is a licensed attorney.

Russell has represented institutional and private buyers and sellers alike, completing hundreds of transactions. His recent sales include a 200-unit development site, a 152-unit apartment project and a 12-unit building in San Francisco.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
