Ribbon Cutting at Hanover Crossroads

Local politicos joined developers September 18, 2017 at the ribbon-cutting for Hanover Crossroads, a new, 107,000 square-foot shopping center now fully-leased in Cedar Knolls, NJ.

Hanover Township Deputy Mayor John Ferramosca and Mayor Ron Francioli joined Marc, Jonathan and David Schlussel from Key Properties, along with Doug Phelps from Phelps Construction and Chuck Dietz of The Dietz Partnership (pictured).

Hanover Crossroads is set on part of the 43-acre former campus of Berlex Laboratories. The brownfield property sat vacant since 1995, as local officials explored potential uses.
