Rhone Signs 40K-SF Headquarters Lease with RFR in Stamford

Performance apparel brand Rhone has leased 40,000 square feet of office space at RFR’s 300 Atlantic St. in Stamford, CT.  The transaction accommodates Rhone’s continuing growth of its established national brand presence, with more than 150 employees expected to occupy the new headquarters space.

Founded locally in Fairfield County by brothers Nate and Ben Checketts in 2014, Rhone continues to expand its business.  Rhone’s lease includes the top two floors of 300 Atlantic.

“We are pleased to partner with Rhone for their new base of operations at 300 Atlantic,” said AJ Camhi, EVP and director of leasing of RFR. “Rhone’s principles and best-in-class product mesh perfectly with the RFR brand. We are thrilled that we could collaborate with the Rhone team on how to achieve their goals for this headquarters space to support their success.”

Christian Bangert of Newmark represented Rhone.  RFR’s Camhi, JoAnn McGrath and Rob Weller alongside a Newmark team of James Ritman, Brian Carcarterra, and Ben Goldstein represented RFR.
