Rhett Craig Joins CBRE’s Greenville Office as a Capital Markets VP
CBRE has welcomed Rhett Craig to its Greenville, SC office as a VP with CBRE capital markets. Craig will specialize in assisting private capital and individual property owners with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties across all property types throughout Upstate SC.
Craig joins CBRE from Avison Young, where he focused on office and investment sales throughout Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson, SC. and Savannah, Ga. He joined the company’s Greenville office in 2017 and leased office and healthcare properties. During his time with Avison Young, Mr. Craig was a top producer in his office, having sold or leased approximately $100 million in transactions.
Prior to his time in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Craig worked in financial services as an insurance underwriter and investment representative.
