RFR Signs Three Tenants at UES Arts Building
RFR has secured three new tenant leases at 980 Madison Ave. on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Robilant + Voena, Edward Tyler Nahem, and The Hazen Polsky Foundation have signed leases totallng approximately 6,500 square feet at the arts building.
AJ Camhi and Ryan Silverman of RFR represented ownership of the property, which opened in 1949 as the headquarters for Parke-Bernet Galleries. Nicholas Judson of Judson CRE represented Edward Tyler Nahem, while Deborah Kern of the Corcoran Group represented the Hazen Polsky Foundation. Robilant + Voena, establishing its first New York office, didn’t use a brokerage in negotiations.
“The building has an established identity as home to leading fine art galleries and now we are seeing strong interest from family offices thanks to its cherished Upper East Side location and chic design aesthetic,” said Camhi.
