RFR Names Head of Equity Capital Markets

RFR has appointed Jay Dunn as head of equity capital markets. Reporting to principals Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs, he will oversee equity capital raising, joint ventures and strategic partnerships for the firm’s commercial, residential, hotel, and retail properties located in select domestic markets including New York City, Miami, San Francisco, and Seattle as well as major European cities.

“Jay has a remarkable track record in real estate finance and equity capital markets,” said Rosen. “We remain focused on investing in top-tier talent, and I’m extremely confident in Jay’s ability to expand RFR’s investor base and source equity capital to fuel the continued growth of our portfolio.”

Over his career, Dunn has completed $45 billion in transactions. Previously, he was managing director and head of capital markets for Alliance Partners HP, a private real estate investment and operating company targeting opportunistic and core-plus properties in the eastern and southern U.S.
