RFR Inks Trio of Leases at 17 State St.
RFR Realty has inked three leases totaling more than 53,000 square feet at 17 State St. in Lower Manhattan. In the largest of the three, longtime tenant Alphadyne Asset Management LP expanded and extended its lease for a total of 43,872 square feet.
JLL’s Jason Schwartzenberg acted on Alphadyne’s behalf. RFR’s AJ Camhi and Ryan Silverman, along with JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, John Wheeler and Clayton Kline, represented ownership in all three deals.
CBRE’s Gary Kamenetsky and Joseph Joselit represented RC BME Holdco, a longtime, privately held real estate owner, in a relocation from 45 Broadway into 5,042 square feet at 17 State. Finally, JLL’s Kirill Azovtsev and Dan Santagata represented Arles Management Inc. in a lease for a 4,318-square-foot prebuilt on a tower floor at the property.
These deals follow other recent transactions at 17 State, including StoneTurn Group’s relocation and expansion to a full floor of 13,100 square feet.
