RFR Inks New Lease with ICON International in Downtown Stamford
RFR has signed a lease agreement with finance firm ICON International for 60,826 square feet of office space at Stamford Plaza in Connecticut. Previously based in Greenwich, ICON will occupy the top two floors of the 253,000-square-foot Four Stamford Plaza building.
Located at 107 Elm St. in downtown Stamford, Stamford Plaza is a one-million-square-foot campus near the Stamford Transportation Center, offering convenient access to major transport links. RFR acquired the property in 2007 and executed renovations in 2019, including the addition of a cafeteria, modern fitness center, and concierge services.
