Reytec Acquires 14 Acres for New HQ

Reytec Construction and RES Bingle Partners LP acquired 14 acres on Bingle Road near Tidwell Road in Northwest Houston. Reytec plans to build its new 32,000-square-foot office headquarters on six acres, with the rest developed, then marketed to residential developers. The tract is across the street from the 51-acre Mustang CAT Houston headquarters.

Reytec Construction is a well-known utility contractor in Texas. Its client list includes the cities of Houston, Austin, Richmond, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Kyle and Baytown, as well as Hobby Airport. The company’s current digs are at 1901 Hollister St. in Houston.

Trey Erwin and Walker Barnett of Colliers International represented Reytec Construction & RES Bingle Partners LP. Thomas Monaghan and Jeff Lindenberger of Avison Young represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
