Reyes Holdings Inks Global Headquarters Renewal

Colliers International | Chicago signed Reyes Holdings to a 141,000-square-foot, long-term global headquarters lease renewal at One O’Hare Centre in Rosemont, IL. Reyes has been a tenant in the building since 2010.

Located at 6250 N. River Rd. in Rosemont, One O’Hare Centre is a 380,000-square-foot Class A office asset centrally positioned in the O’Hare submarket. MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Wealth Real Estate purchased the property in 2015.  

The property’s lobby and common areas are undergoing an update which includes the construction of a new tenant lounge. In 2020, ownership upgraded the HVAC filtration systems, installing UV Light filters to provide the latest in air quality technology.  

Colliers’ Francis Prock, Jonathon Connor and Steve Kling are the exclusive leasing agents for the property. Reyes Holdings was represented by Jeff Liljiberg of JLL.  The property is currently 90% leased.
