Rexford Unloads North County Building
Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. divested a 54,740-square-foot building in North San Diego County for $10.3 million. The buyer of the Oceanside asset was 3927 Oceanic Dr LLC.
3927 Oceanic Dr. features 7,022 square feet of high-end improvements including a two-story lobby, restrooms and break areas on both floors, and large private offices with views of floor area. It also has 15,000 square feet of Freon cooler space, a clear height up to 28 feet, heavy power, a sprinkler system, motion-sensored lighting, as well as 17 dock high and two grade-level loading doors. The 4.04-acre lot includes a fenced concrete truck yard ideal for staging and fleet parking with 110 stalls.
