Rexford Signs Nearly 65K-SF Deal in Anaheim

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. signed a lease with Elbi of America for the entire free standing 64,570-square-foot industrial building at 1210 N. Red Gum St. in Anaheim. The space is planned for light manufacturing and distribution of Elbi’s water storage and treatment systems.

The property stood out due to its location within the Anaheim Canyon area near the 91, 22, 57 and 55 freeways. Recent upgrades to the dock high building included new offices, restrooms and an upgraded fire sprinkler system. The facility also offers above standard power.

First Team Commercial’s Karl Heim represented the tenant. JLL’s Garrett McClelland represented the landlord.

McClelland says, “There continues to be a limited supply of buildings that can be used for manufacturing in Orange County especially for properties over 50,000 square feet. After touring properties in Cypress, Mid-Cities and other Southern California regions, Elbi chose 1210 N. Red Gum St. for its expansion and relocation from Brea where it leased 20,000 square feet for the past 20 years.”
