Rexford Divests Newly Built Carson Warehouse for $52M
NAI Capital Commercial executive managing director Ryan Campbell, SIOR, represented Carson Warehouse Corporation in acquiring a 127,775-square-foot, single-tenant industrial facility in Carson. The seller, Rexford Industrial, was represented by Frank Schulz, SIOR, and David Prior, SIOR, of The Klabin Company. The property sold for $52,450,000.
Located at 1055 Sandhill Ave., the move-in-ready facility was built in 2024 and designed for modern warehousing and distribution. Carson Warehouse Corporation plans to convert a significant portion of the facility into cold storage.
Ryan said, “Securing a newly built, Class A facility like this in the South Bay industrial market is a rare opportunity. With its top-tier specs, LEED Gold certification, and prime location near major ports and transportation corridors, this property checked every box for my client. It’s a smart long-term play for logistics and distribution in one of the most competitive markets in the country.”
