Rexford Completes 317K-SF of Value-Add Repositioning
Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. completed a value-add repositioning and lease-up of two SoCal properties totaling 317,000 square feet, including one in Garden Grove, CA and another in Pomona. The Los Angeles-based REIT also acquired two industrial properties in Los Angeles for $7.4 million, pushing its year-to-date investment activity to more than $534 million.
Rexford completed a full building renovation of a 207,953-square-foot, single-tenant cross-dock building at 12131 Western Ave. in Garden Grove. Southland Industries signed a 10-year triple net lease for the building. Savills Studley’s Matt Wiley represented the tenant. Rexford was advised by Colliers’ Clyde Stauff and Michael Hartel, as well as Voit’s Mike Bouma.
The company also renovated 3880 W. Valley Blvd., a 108,500-square-foot, single-tenant building in Pomona, which was leased to a luxury high-end car company. NAI Capital’s Douglas Sharpe represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Robin Dodson, Erik Larson and Christopher Tolles represented Rexford.
