Rexford Brings 592K-SF San Fernando Business Center to 100% Occupancy
Following a recent 25,000-square-foot lease with 1st Choice Delivery, LLC, Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc., has effectively reached 100% occupancy at its 592,000-square-foot San Fernando Business Center in San Fernando, CA.
Located at 635 8th St., the location will serve as a distribution hub for the regional parcel courier trucking company servicing the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.
The building, with dock high loading and 24′ clear heights, is well suited to the operator’s final-mile and local delivery model, as is the project’s proximity to the 210, 5, 405, & 118 freeways.
Bennett Robinson of CBRE represented Rexford Industrial, with Paul Sims and Harry Krausman of Cushman & Wakefield advising 1st Choice in the transaction.
According to Robinson, “This location is ideal for logistics companies, as it is located in a great distribution area and amidst a great workforce.”
