RevOZ Breaks Ground for San Bernardino Opportunity Zone MOB

Opportunity Zone-investor RevOZ Capital is developing a 11,325-square-foot medical office building for San Bernardino County, a redevelopment project replacing a residential one-story triplex with a build-to-suit property serving the Children’s Department of Behavioral Health. Construction is scheduled to be complete by December 2020.

Located at 755 E Gilbert St. in San Bernardino, RevOZ acquired the site in December 2019, and secured the 15-year lease prior to commencing with construction.

“As a dedicated Opportunity Zone investor, RevOZ Capital’s goal is to provide a healthy return for its investors while engaging in meaningful impact by investing in underserved areas throughout the country,” said Alex Bhathal, founder of RevOZ.

The facility’s strategic location, by design, is near the San Bernardino Department of Health, San Bernardino County Public Defender, and San Bernardino County Juvenile Court offices.

Sudweeks Construction is on the build, with Pings Architecture and KWC Engineers.
