Revolution Beer Buys Big Property in Chicago’s North Kedzie Corridor
Illinois’ largest independent brewery Revolution Beer has purchased a 128,422 sf building at 3330-3360 N Kedzie in Chicago, according to brokerage Colliers, which represented the seller who wished to remain private.
The property sits on 3.24 acres and offers users excellent accessibility via a full interchange at the Kennedy Expressway and Belmont Ave. as well as a Blue Line stop also at Belmont Ave, Colliers said.
It is situated between O’Hare International Airport, which is 15 minutes away, and Downtown Chicago which is about 10 minutes away. The building features 18′ to 24’ clear ceiling heights, 14 docks and one drive-in door. The building was fully leased at the time of sale.
