Revesco Planning Mixed-Use Project on S. Platte River

Revesco is developing a mixed-use project on the South Platte River in Denver. The project will be part of Hurley Place. Revesco hopes to deliver a hotel, condos and apartments at the site.

Revesco’s role in the 62-acre Hurley Place involves taking the project through city approvals, building preparation and construction. The new hotel will have 172 keys, 126 condo units and 304 multifamily rental units, in addition to 33,000 square feet of retail, in addition to public outdoor space. The company hopes to have site development plan approvals in the next 18 months.

Semple Brown Design is the current architect on the project, while Swinerton has been doing pre-construction work on the site.
