Revesco, Alpine Teaming Up on 3 Denver-Area Rental Assets

Revesco Properties and Alpine Investments have a lot of balls in the air. The duo is developing apartment buildings in the city’s Berkeley neighborhood and Denver’s Golden Triangle. Construction on a third site in Denver’s Bonnie Brae region is set to break ground in April.

The properties, called Akin, range from 46 units to 100 units. The Denver Business Journal reports construction costs for the three developments total a collective $112.4 million.

The Golden Triangle project, at 955 Bannock St., is an 11-story, 97-unit project. Units will range from 720-square-foot studios to 1,282-square-foot two-bedroom and two-bathroom units. OZ Architecture designed the apartment building, and Pinkard Construction is the general contractor.

The three-story Akin property in the Berkeley neighborhood at 4560 Tennyson St. will feature 84 units, including studios, one- and two-bedroom options. Designed by Santulan Architecture and constructed by Pinkard Construction.

This three-story Akin property in Bonnie Brae, at 740 S. University Blvd., will include 46 units with about 9,000 square feet of retail space.
