Revesco Acquires Three Buildings in Arvada, CO

Revesco Properties struck a deal with Jamis Properties to acquire three buildings in Olde Town Arvada, CO. The trade went down between the buyer and seller – both Denver-based – for $6.5 million.

The portfolio consists of:

• The 24,876-square-foot mixed-use 5773-5777 Olde Wadsworth Blvd.
• The 5,200-square-foot Olde Wadsworth Blvd., a restaurant property.
• The 5,313-square-foot 5790 Yukon St., which houses a creative office and clothing store.

The new owner plans to improve the properties by updating the courtyards and patios at 5773-5777 Olde Wadsworth, as well as making additional capital improvements to all the properties. The buyer will also manage the properties.
