Revamped 730 Third Ave. Makes Its Debut
Taconic Partners recently unveiled the new 730 Third Ave., following a $120-million transformation of the Midtown office tower in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate.
The partnership has retained a CBRE team led by vice chairs Paul Amrich and Neil King to handle leasing of the 226,000 square feet now available on the building’s 12th to 27th floors. Nuveen has also hired a JLL team led by Patrick Smith and Matthew Schuss to lease 5,700 square feet of ground floor retail space in the building, located near Grand Central Terminal.
“730 Third’s proximity to Grand Central, its amazing outdoor space and array of thoughtfully curated tenant amenities will make it one of the most coveted Midtown addresses,” said Colleen Wenke, chief development officer at Taconic Partners.
TIAA, the parent company of Nuveen, owns 730 Third Ave. Both firms will continue to be headquartered at the location.
