Reunion Rehab Hospital Tops Off
The superstructure of Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix recently topped off, officially reaching the construction midpoint. Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix is one in a series of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals being developed by Reunion IRF, a partnership between America Development and Investments, Brandon Holdings, and Nobis Hospital Investments LLC.
The three-story 51,000-square-foot hospital is located at 1675 E. Villa St. and will include 48 private patient rooms, two therapy gyms and outdoor therapy areas. Once complete, the inpatient rehabilitation hospital will care for people with debilitating illnesses and injuries.
Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) is the general contractor for the project. American Development and Investment (ADI) is the developer, Callaway Architecture serves as the designer and 2GR Equity is an anchor investor. Texas-based Nobis Rehabilitation Partners will manage hospital operations.
AP began construction in October 2020 and the hospital will open in late third quarter 2021. In addition to Reunion Phoenix hospital, ADI also selected AP to serve as general contractor for its 49,000-square-foot hospital in Englewood, CO.
