Retailers Join Greystar’s East Village MXU

Park 12, a 718-unit mixed-use community now underway at 100 Park Plaza in San Diego’s burgeoning East Village district, signed on three new retail tenants. They include the critically-acclaimed authentic Mexican eatery Carmelita’s; Australian-based fitness training studio F45, and Creamistry, a high-end ice cream purveyor.

When complete this fall, the four-building luxury apartment and retail community overlooking San Diego Bay and Petco Park will feature 45,000 square feet of ground level retail space, with space to accommodate 17 retail venues.

Resident move-ins are now underway in the tower, and completion of Park 12, previously known as Ballpark Village, is slated for Fall 2018.

Located immediately across the street from Petco Park, the community is comprised of one high-rise and three mid-rise buildings, all owned and operated by Charleston, SC-based Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC. The complex includes 371 luxury apartments in a 37-story tower,and 347 units in one six and two-seven-story midrise buildings.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
